How the date was set

Mudtek announced 15 September on 2 July 2026, calling it "the culmination of this past year's efforts". The same post announced that the demo would close on 15 July — a decision they explained by the widening gap between the demo build and what Early Access would contain. The date was reconfirmed on 2 September alongside the full content list and a table of regional launch times.

About that price

The only figure anyone has is a developer's forum reply to a player asking for a rough estimate: "We haven't released the exact price but it's going to be around 20 USD and then the steamdb localised prices for your varying region should be accurate if you're outside the US."

Note the phrasing — "around", and "haven't released the exact price". Treat $20 as a planning number. There is also no announced launch discount, which is common but not guaranteed for Early Access titles.

How long is Early Access?

Unstated. Mudtek has committed to a content roadmap rather than an end date, and a developer describing the full game called it "a long way away". What we do have as targets: at least 30-40 hours of quests plus repeatable endgame content, and a max level around 60 — against a launch cap of 25 that rises with each new act. This is Mudtek's first game and it is self-published, which is worth factoring into any timeline you build in your head.
